We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy before placing your order.
1. Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
A replacement may be requested if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- - The product is defective or not functioning as described.
- - You received the wrong product.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.
2. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Products may not be eligible for return or replacement if:
- The product has been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
- The product has been used, modified, or altered.
- The request is made after the applicable return/replacement period.
- The issue is caused by normal wear and tear.
3. Refunds
If a replacement cannot be provided for an eligible issue, we may offer a refund according to the circumstances of the order.
Refunds for eligible prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.
For Cash on Delivery orders, any eligible refund will be processed according to the payment/refund method available for the order.
4. Undelivered / Returned Orders
If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to our fulfillment partner, the order will be treated as an undelivered/returned order.
Any refund for an undelivered order will be subject to applicable shipping, return, and processing charges.
5. How to Request a Return or Replacement
Contact our customer support with:
- Order number
- Customer name and phone number
- Reason for the request
- Photos or video of the product/issue, if applicable
Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.

We reserve the right to review each return or replacement request individually and may reject requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements described above.
